I'm a member organisation at ARC, to edit the website do I need to log in in some way? You’ll need a login, arrange this with the ARC management if you haven’t been given one. Who can get an account for adding to or editing the website? All member organisations and associate members on the centre will be given accounts so they can add to their portion of the site. The account will only allow modification of the tenant's portion of the website. I have an account, what do I do to add to my section of the site? On the left-hand side of the website enter in your username and password in the “Login Form”. After logging in if you visit your section under “Who is at ARC” you’ll be able to add new content; an icon “New” will be visible at the bottom of the page for adding new content. Also you’ll be able to click an edit icon on existing content to change it. I’ve written an entry but for some reason visitors can’t see it, why? Entries have to be ‘published’ before they will be visible to all users. Edit the entry and change its state to ‘Published’ in the publishing tab at the bottom of the page.
