Radio Skid Row is a community radio station broadcasting to the municipalities of Leichhardt, Marrickville and the City of Sydney. The station has been on air for more than twenty-five years. It broadcasts 24 hours a day seven days a week.

In its history Radio Skid Row has been through at least one major technical overhaul that included repositioning and replacement of the station’s antenna situated in the CBD.

The station has continued to provide access to the community with more than fifteen different language groups, youth organisations and other special interest groups using the facility every week. Many people continue to use the station every week as volunteers.
